Important information
What is the deposit deadline?
All deposits must be received by January 15, 2027. No new reservations or deposits will be accepted after that date.
When are payments due?
Final payment is due April 15, 2027. B.S.I.S. provides payment instructions after reviewing and confirming availability. This website does not collect online payments.
What is the cancellation policy?
Deposits are nonrefundable. Additional payments beyond the deposit are refundable if written cancellation is received on or before February 15, 2027. After that date: more than 60 days, no additional cancellation fee beyond nonrefundable deposits and supplier charges already incurred; 31–60 days, 40% of remaining balance; 7–30 days, 75% of remaining balance; within 6 days or no-show, 100% of remaining balance.
Are flights included?
No. Guests book and pay for their own flights.
Who is organizing the trip?
B.S.I.S. (Black Sisters in Synergy and its affiliates) is the organizer and contracting party.
